I used Together at my previous home, and when I moved in July 2017 they gave me a good price for home and contents insurance on my new home.

I did this all on-line, but when I first had dealings with Together I spoke to their representative who I found helpful and knowledgeable, so that is why I consider them excellent. I've got Together Mutual Home insurance that also includes Home Emergency cover. Does anybody know if a claim is made on the home emergency policy, whether I would lose no claims discount, and have to declare it at renewal? I'm looking through the policy and not seeing anything. Smallholder Insurance can be simply added to a home contents insurance policy.
Just changed our home insurance to Together
Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Please, unless it is important and to do with policy - do not email me otherwise i will be cancelling my policy using my 14 day cooling off period. We don't as a general policy investigate the solvency of companies mentioned , but there is a risk any company can struggle and it's rarely made public until it's too late .

There is no excess to pay in the event of a claim and no limit to the number of claims you can make per year. With our 24-hour claims helpline, we'll get an approved tradesperson to you to fix the problem as quickly as possible. When it is time to renew your policy, you will have the option to renew your policies with a leading insurance supplier that will carry the UIA brand and values. So, from 15th July 2022 the Society stopped taking on new business or renewals and if your policy is due to auto-renew (e.g. by direct debit) this will not happen and you must make alternative arrangements.
Can't give 5 stars until we need to renew next year - it will be interesting to see if the insurance goes up and if so by how much. I hate the systems these days where client loyalty does not count for any thing and you always have to haggle to get a good price every year, I'm hoping Together Mutual will not be like that. I have given 4 stars as I've only just taken out a policy. I don't believe I can make a complete judgement at this early stage. However commenting on the initial process, it has so far been a straight forward & easy to use service. The insurance premium was much lesser than other quotes and the ease of using their online system is excellent plus monthly direct debit option with no interest and no additional charges. I had a policy for part of a year when I knew I was going to move out after about 6 months. It was easy to get in touch with Together Mutual and they were easy to deal with.
