First time I have used Together Mutual…

I received my Together Mutual Insurance renewal price for 2018 year and after comparing that price with a new search in Go compare, I've got a £70 cheaper insurance with Together Mutual.....the same company..... How come that option is not offered for loyal customers! First time I have used Together Mutual insurance and so far everything was very easy. Seems to be a great product with an easy to use system.

I fail to understand why they would not want to keep look after and keep their existing trouble-free customers. Such a waste of my time and energy because it's such a performance each time to take out a new policy. I did this all on-line, but when I first had dealings with Together I spoke to their representative who I found helpful and knowledgeable, so that is why I consider them excellent. I've got Together Mutual Home insurance that also includes Home Emergency cover. Does anybody know if a claim is made on the home emergency policy, whether I would lose no claims discount, and have to declare it at renewal? I'm looking through the policy and not seeing anything. I have given 4 stars as I've only just taken out a policy. I don't believe I can make a complete judgement at this early stage. However commenting on the initial process, it has so far been a straight forward & easy to use service. The insurance premium was much lesser than other quotes and the ease of using their online system is excellent plus monthly direct debit option with no interest and no additional charges. I had a policy for part of a year when I knew I was going to move out after about 6 months. It was easy to get in touch with Together Mutual and they were easy to deal with.
